Panty, Stocking and...Otacon?

For *CatalystSirene's birthday...albeit now over a week late

Basically a Panty and Stocking drawing (with Chuck too) from PSG because of it being one of her newest cosplays alongside *CourtoonXIII

...and after having snooped on her page i also added Otacon from the MGS games since it was listed as her fave character Which fitted in so well too with his love for anime xD
